- If I "jump off a cliff" now and just do my art, will I survive and thrive? I have received strong inner messages to "Do it!"; meanwhile every time I try to do traditional jobs the results get worse and worse. I am currently throwing myself into my art and so far money has been coming in unusual ways. I can foresee paths to more interaction with others that I may eventually enjoy that would bring money, but I don't want to go there right now. I just want to work in the studio and am crossing my fingers that between my galleries and the unknown something will take off and support me. Am I on track with this bold, plan-less plan, or do I need to do something that I am not doing?

Should I continue as a general orthopedics and trauma surgeon (with special interest in joint replacements); or should I specialize in joint replacement surgery or spine surgery, and do only my speciality work? - I have been working 30 years as a secretary, commuting 2 hours a day. I have gotten to burn out point, working full time, commuting, and taking care of a young child/family. I have realized it wasn't what I wanted to do, and for five years I have been thinking of things, trying to find a way that I can work for myself.
I have finally come to the conclusion that I would like to become successful at online marketing. I have met some great mentors who are helping me have a home business. This is my dream, to work from home, be available for my family and choose to live wherever I want for the second half of my life.
Can you please tell me if this would be a good idea for me, and what advice would you have for me? I just know that I cannot do what I am doing anymore. I am completely ready for the change.

- I am building a networking business. Its benefits are wonderful - financially, personally, relationally and spiritually. I am very proud and committed to the process, the company and those involved in it.
I find myself unable to take positive action - contact prospects and keep consistent efforts. I know what to do, I have full belief, my dreams and goals are very real and my need is great. I am a single mother of two small children. I must build the business to ensure our future. My question is: How can I overcome this paralysis and actually do the work I need to do and hear the guidance I receive? I know that success is there if I can only follow the process and take the action.
- How can I work as an EFT practitioner when I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome making me so tired? [11:20]
- I seem to be in conflict about what question to ask - for my health or about how to earn money. The two seem to be entwined. I have had chronic fatigue for 18 years and have struggled to get the energy I need to motivate myself to work, or when I do work it saps my energy. I really love doing my EFT therapy and practitioner/trainer, but seem to have a problem making enough money at it. I feel good when I do it; I love watching people be able to change and release and see things from a place of peace and calm instead of fear and stress, etc.; it definitely helps my own health; and I have good results with my clients and courses.
- Should I put my all into my business? [9:36]
- My question is, should I put my all into ACN; is this the business that will enable me to become financially independent and create a lifestyle that allows my to spend more time with my family?
- How can I best clear the inertia keeping me from moving forward in my business? [11:34]
- How can I best clear the inertia that is stopping me from moving into my next phase of life: moving my low-key mobile therapy services to a fixed location and more clients and more money scenario, and also including the possibility of a home-based network marketing business? Do I "do nothing" because everything is in place to unfold when the time is right, or do emotions like fear and unworthiness need to be cleared?

- I have had four surgeries on my legs in the eight months, and the doctors claim I need more. I was in a car accident thirty years ago and broke both my legs. I am working on raising my vibration many different ways. Do you think I can eliminate more surgery with flower essences? My ankles are bone on bone.

- I now find myself in a relationship where I feel my partner and I simply co-habit and live on two different tracks. I ache to be understood and connected to someone. How can I break through this seeming impasse?
How can I find my way back to openness to God/love and guidance? Why has it been so elusive all these years to open my heart? How can I do that? What do I need to do or know right now to ease this constant pain? Is there any hope that I can find and allow myself to HAVE what my heart needs? - I would want the spirit guide to guide me on the treatment plan/duration. Should I stick on with the existing, or change? I am currently on homeopathy (since 2004) and have tried almost everything I could, without results. I just want my suffering to end. I just want to be guided and have the peace, confidence, faith, and whatever I have lost all these years to be recovered.

- Is my son's dream a sign he is heading for a relapse? [7:25]
- Two days ago, my son dreamed that he and his platoon had cut off the head of a soldier with a saw. The soldier was then given a medal of honor posthumously to make it look like the enemy had done it.
He then dreamed he cut off the head of another soldier....he thinks it was a soldier. He tried to hide it in a pillowcase. Some other guy was helping him by hiding it for him and the guy was scared away when he said, "You ever cut somebody’s head off?" The soldier ran away and my son woke up.
My question is: what do the dreams mean in relation to my son's insight and his illness? Is he getting ready for a relapse? What should I do?
- I have anxiety. How can I enjoy my life again? [14:09]
- About 8 years ago I started experiencing extreme bouts of anxiety. While I have had anxiety in the past, it was never to this extent. In the past eight years there were times when I found it difficult to even go to the store or I was afraid of my own physical symptoms, with the effect of being unable to live my life. I have not flown in an airplane in 18 years, and the thought of going to the dentist to get my teeth fixed is most stressing. I'd love to travel more, visit spas, see the world, enjoy day-to-day life more, enjoy shopping again, etc.
I love what I do, I love my home, and while not everything in my life is perfect, I cannot pinpoint why, or where this anxiety is coming from, or what benefit I derive from keeping it in my life.
Some days are better than others. I can go hours, days, even weeks feeling good - then something seems to flip a switch and I get dizzy and anxious.
Any insight you can offer as to where this is coming from and what I can do to lead a peaceful, fearless life would be much appreciated!

- I have set my intention to receive guidance, yet the information I have received has been wrong. I worry that what I call guidance is just the background noise of my consciousness occasionally coming to the surface, but nothing that reflects any deeper wisdom. Any advice from a higher source would be welcomed and appreciated.

- How can I stop feeling betrayed by my guides and my higher-self for not receiving more support in the pursuit of my dream?
