Dear %$firstname$%,

First of all, I'd like to welcome our dear newcomers from Chip's email list!

Today I have a new Julie's Spiritual Space blog post to give you, in addition to the weekly I Listen to Spirit blog. The funny thing is, my jaw is dropping at the convergence of titles here! I assure you the content of these two blog posts is entirely different!

In the Julie's Spiritual Space blog, you'll get to see my son! Here is the link:

Meanwhile, today's I Listen to Spirit Blog is on the subject, "Re-energizing When Fatigued." Minda and I decided to keep this question on the physical level, rather than addressing emotional fatigue at the same time.

Dear Guides,
How can we re-energize when we feel fatigued yet need or want to keep going?

Click to the blog.

Here is a little more from the longer "Dear Guides" Journal version of the I Listen to Spirit blog, channeled by Minda Bernstein. The guides gave a long list of techniques in this four-page channeling.

"And if the mind doesn't receive the vacation time, even though it may seem not to want to leave and be off-duty, it will suffer and may cause you to suffer through a barrage of complaints.

"On the other hand, if you can release it and step away, finding another point of focus inside the body itself, both body and mind will be happy. Another tactic is to preoccupy the mind with rote, simple tasks. If you are in the middle of a mental task, you can try to focus on something routine, like counting and measuring, things which don't require great thought patterns.

"Another way to step away from the domineering cloud of fatigue is to enter into the creative world, that side of your brain. You can let go of detail orientation and just let your mind flow through the type of channels which you find personally relaxing."

Strangely, without thinking of it at all, the painting I chose for you today is appropriately called "Morning Coffee." I painted it last month. This is just a close-up, cropped section.

Here is the whole painting, if you are interested. I try to keep this Beauty & Spirit Note fun and different, so I don't always want to just plop down the whole painting.

Well, the taxes are done and I get to indulge in the studio again - yay! I wonder what you will see in this spot next week?

    With love,
    Julie

P.S. We hope you will post your comments on the blog.

P.P.S. You are welcome to share this Beauty & Spirit Note with friends!
