Dear Friend,

Today's I Listen to Spirit Blog question is on the subject of Feeling behind in our work. You never feel that way I'm sure, but just in case you know someone who does...

Dear Guides,
How do we break out of the endless cycle of always feeling behind?

As you know, the blog is an excerpt of the full channeling. So to give you a little more, here's a spiritual exercise from today's channeling that appears in the longer "Dear Guides" Journal version:

"Here we are not speaking of what you do, but of how you think about what you do. This is the shortcut to retraining your minds to think in new and more positive, helpful ways about what actually happens. Even if there are only few, seemingly insignificant examples of moments when you feel on time, or you feel you have checked something off your list, or you have accomplished something, even a small thing - celebrate it and acknowledge it to yourself."

At left is my latest in the studio. This one is called, "Streaming Message." (25"H x 25"W) It looks to me like a message coming in from the aliens - I guess because of those two antennae sticking up! If a painting doesn't surprise me, I don't see any reason to make it, eh?

    With love,
    Julie
