Welcome! Thank you so much for joining the Beauty & SpiritSM Note email list. You may have noticed that this is the first Note you have gotten. That's because it is the first one I have written! The idea for Beauty & Spirit as a vortex for spiritual-creative sharing came to me in a deep contemplation on May 29, 2009, nearly fully formed in several dimensions. I made sketches, considered the notion, then set it aside. It didn't seem necessary. It kept coming back. Again and again. So finally I have let it come through the open door here, just in its most simple form: a communication with you, fellow lover of beauty and Spirit. The rest of the vision shall remain in the ethers until it insists on making itself visible! By the way, if you came to this Beauty & Spirit Note without reading the splash page that tells you what to expect, here it is. I Listen to Spirit Blog Well, today I have special news! My sister and I are finally ready to come out of the closet. No, not that way. My sister Minda Bernstein and I have been channeling together weekly for a year, since February 2009. (She's the real thing - me, who knows?) In September 2009 we decided to create a blog, and at that point, as an artist, I knew it was time for me to switch from words to visual beauty, my spiritual work. So every week (over Skype - she is in Montreal and I am in western Pennsylvania) we pick a question, go into contemplation, and for the next 30 minutes Minda channels and I create a painting. Thus was born the I Listen to Spirit Blog - Questions of a Channeler for Guidance and Wisdom. But we also wanted to house it on Minda's I Listen to Spirit web site (which didn't exist). So I designed the site, and for the first time I programmed it too. With two perfectionists on board it took some time, but we made it! The site is hereby launched!
