6. Loving Your Being

Loving Your Being follows the thread of the Loving Your Body exercise (number 3 in this series) and brings it to the next step:

Loving your consciousness.

Just take a moment now and think, "I love my consciousness." What could it mean? Perhaps this:

I am present and alive in this moment now. I cherish and love this moment, just Being.

For this moment now, nothing else matters. Just Being is enough. It is everything.

Sink into the soft pillow of acceptance, just for this moment now.

Do the above exercise every time you wish. How much better does life get?

Appreciating your consciousness gives you a platform from which to love your world. We'll go there in a future exercise.
