5. Wonderful ThingsRepeat this little poem: Wonderful things come to me And flow from me, Are all within me And all around me. I just sing it while I walk the dog. It doesn't take any time. If possible or practical, tap through the eight EFT tapping points while you repeat the poem.* Tapping fixes the good feeling in your consciousness. * * *
Ah, but what if you don't believe it? What if the poem doesn't ring true? Clear the way as needed, using the following technique: Tap your two karate-chop points together (the pinkie sides of your two hands) while saying: Even though I don't really want to give up whatever is blocking me from getting wonderful things, I do want to love and accept myself completely. Even though I may not deserve wonderful things, I deeply and completely accept myself. Even though, for whatever reason, I have trouble accepting wonderful things, I do want to accept who I am today. Change the statements in any way that suits you.** Then go back the poem and see if you are comfortable repeating it now. If not, you will benefit from using EFT to release any blocks to abundance.*** * * *
When the poem gives you a warm feeling, you will know you are vibrating with abundance and helping good things to come into your life and world. If you have a strong relationship, partnership or family unit, you may change the poem: Wonderful things come to us And flow from us, Are all around us And all within us. * If you are not familiar with EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, see Chip Engelmann's free, 16-page eBook, The EFT Quick-Start Method. ** This technique is a variation of Lindsay Kenny's Psychological Reversal technique, which can be found by a search on www.emofree.com. *** Read Chip's free, 99-page eBook, The Born Loser's Guide to Abundance, Make a Transformation Using EFT.
