1. Giving Your Eyes Love

For this first one, we're going to give your eyes some love. Your eyes – your windows of Soul. Relax and feel that your eyes are not just the eyeball orbs, but they rest within a larger orb encompassing the space from almost the back of the head, over your forehead and "third eye," and out in front of you a bit.

Now let this orb space be filled with the Northern Lights. Have you ever seen or can you imagine these moving sheets of a million, sparkling parallel lines of blue and green light, waving and glinting in the depths of the night sky? Whether you can visualize this or not, close your eyes and let it feel like warm fur made of light, rising from your heart and moving in waves through your orb from back to front, caressing your eyes with love. Your eyes may feel warmer, moister, as if the atoms are thriving in a nurturing bath of love.

Take your time or just a minute. After some practice, you might try it with eyes open, too.

If you like this exercise, then here's a little more. To improve your vision, let the images be (or feel) as clear as pinpricks. Relax, relax. Let them move like a million glints of light on a surging, sparkling ocean of neurons firing.
